Vonage has partnered with Motorola to offer a variety of Vonage phone adapters with routers. Most are available for free or low-cost when you subscribe to Vonage phone service. These routers are super easy to install and allow you to use your computer and talk on the phone at the same time. Additionally, these routers allow you to connect two or more phones, which is the perfect solution for those who need multiple phone lines.

The Wireless G router by Linksys is compatible with the Vonage phone adapter. This wireless router allows users to simultaneously share files and resources, watch streaming video, instant message, and place VoIP calls. Additionally, the Wireless G Vonage router can accommodate two separate phone lines. It retails for around $70.

Vonage wireless routers can also be used with laptop computers. However, the laptop will need to have a wireless card installed. Typically wireless cards cost between $79 and $449. If you’d rather save your money, Vonage offers SoftPhone™ which can turn your laptop into a phone. This add-on service costs around $10 per month for 500 minutes of talk time.
